According to information from the construction site at Lee & Man Group’s Chongzuo base in Guangxi, the installation of 11 Baotuo tissue machines is in full swing. The initial batch of five Baotuo BC1300-2850 crescent former tissue machines is scheduled to be commissioned in the fourth quarter of this year, while an additional six Baotuo BC1800-3600 high-end crescent former tissue machines are planned to start up in the first quarter of 2024.
Since Hong Kong-based Lee & Man Group entered the household tissue sector, Baosuo Enterprise Group has been providing advanced equipment for its various production bases through its subsidiaries Baosuo Machinery (for converting equipment) and Baotuo Paper Machine. The two parties have maintained a close and long-standing partnership, and the 11 Baotuo tissue machines at the Chongzuo base are a testament to this close cooperation.
Among them, the BC1800 model represents Baotuo’s high-end crescent former tissue machine line. This model features broad adaptability to various raw materials and high-precision design, ensuring the equipment operates at high efficiency while effectively reducing energy consumption.
Lee & Man Group’s integrated industrial base in Chongzuo is located within the China-Thailand (Chongzuo) Industrial Park in Guangxi. The initial phase of the project includes the construction of facilities with an annual capacity of 300,000 tons of chemical pulp, 400,000 tons of household tissue paper, 400,000 tons of tissue converting, and a smart logistics park.
